The School Fees for 2011 are R 12 000.00.
ln terms of family law, parents are jointly and severally liable for the payment of the school fees, irrespective of their marital status.
Terms
School fees are payable in advance and are due on the first day of school.
Our terms are as follows:
- Fees can be paid in full
- Fees can be paid in 10 equal monthly installments of R'1 150.00 from February to November 2011 and R500.00 being due in January 2011.
lf school fees are paid in full on or before 28th February then a 7,5% discount will be deducted from your annual school fees.
School Fee Statements
These are sent out 10 times a year from February to November. The preferred method of sending statements is via e-mail. Please provide this address to the Bursars office on 041 508 6415 / 6. please advise us, in writing, of any changes,
Methods of Payment
School Fees are to be paid by the 5th of every month.

Debit Order forms are available at the Bursar's office and on completion kindly return to
Ms T Staples in the Bursar's office.
2. DIRECT DEPOSITS

Arrear Accounts
When fee payments are in arrears, and necessary arrangements have not been made nor a subsidy applied for, the account will be sent to the Attorneys. Prior to this taking place a letter will be sent to parents advising them of the forthcoming procedure, and requesting payment. A second letter will be sent to parents when the account is handed over together with the current statement of account reflecting the amount handed over.
When an account is handed over for collection, the debt is transferred to the Attorneys, and MUST BE PAID DIRECTLY TO THEM. Collection costs are to be borne by parents.
School Assistance
The school is seeking to be supportive to families who have genuine financial need and for whom school fee payment becomes difficult. The school has in place a School Assistance Scheme to help these parents. lf you experience difficulty be reminded that the responsibility is yours to contact the Bursars office.
Extra-curricular fees
Please note that subjects such as Music and Consumer Studies attract additional fees. Contact the bursar for more information.
Parents whose children receive school bursaries are required to pay these fees.
Withdrawl of pupils
A calendar month's notice of the withdrawal of your son or daughter from Victoria Park must be given in writing. Failing this you will be liable for the fees.
